Welcome to Elegant Escapes Travel. We are here to secure your itinerary for Jordyn and Matt's destination wedding, in Punta Cana. Below you will find details on the hotel as well as links to submit your room request form and payment details.
Before you getting started please review the following items to ensure you have a smooth trip.
Immediate Family and Bridal Party: please plan to arrive no later than Thursday, October 10, 2019 as festivities will begin on the 11th.
For each room required you will need to complete a new room request form.
Reserve your room prior to June 30th— this is when all negotiated room prices will expire and final payments are due.
All Suites in this resort are 1,000 square feet. The only difference between the Standard 1 Bedroom Suite and 1 Bedroom Swim Up is that the swim up suites are on the ground floor and from your patio you have direct access the pool via a lazy river. The Regular Suites are on floors 2, 3 & 4 and are identical in layout and design minus the “swim up” feature.
The minimum stay at Majestic Mirage is 3 nights. We can add additional nights IF they are available at time of our request. Family suites are also available if you are traveling with children under the age of 18. Please inform us if you are traveling with children under the age of 18.
We suggest you book your accommodations as soon as possible with a $200 refundable deposit. The final payment will be due June 30th, 2019 and coincides with the release of our favorable negotiated pricing at the resort.
